Calling acting like a law firm. They have called telling me that they are going to serve me with papers and I am being sued. Also that I have a warrant out for my arrest.

Keeps calling 2 to 3 times a day, on the caller ID it shows the name "Local Call" but where we live there are three area codes and neither one matches this one.

Asked for my husband who was unavailable, now they call every few hours, including while my kids are sleeping and hang up on me.

These people try to collect a debt by finding relatives and pressure them. There must be protection against these people. Is there protection against these predators if you are on the "do not call list".

This is definitely a SCAM!!!!!! I got calls from this number. They claimed to be from Fidelity Investments. I googled this number and found out that it was once claimed to be from "Bank of America", "Michigan State University" and now "Fidelity Investments". It is clearly that all of those who claimed it legit are part of the fraud. Shame on you all!!!!!!!!!!!

called i missed the call tried to call back and got a voice msg saying that the number was either disconnected or unavailable at this time

this man is very rude and doesnt stop calling. he was even rude to my office manager and call was disconnected. this man has a very vulgar mouth and something needs to be done about him.
